Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the hotjili platform. By accessing or using hotjili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using any part of the hotjili platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. hotjili reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms govern the relationship between hotjili and each registered user. They apply to all features of the platform including the sportsbook, slot online games, live casino, deposit and withdrawal functions, and customer support interactions.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use hotjili, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

hotjili does not permit minors to register or use its services under any circumstances. If we reasonably suspect that a user is underage, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately and request age verification documents. Any winnings accrued by an underage user may be forfeited.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on hotjili. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential. hotjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.
- Do not share your account login with any third party.
- Notify hotjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.
- hotjili may require identity verification at any time as part of account security procedures.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
All users of hotjili agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any automated tools, bots, or scripts.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with sportsbook or casino games.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable financial regulations.
- Creating accounts on behalf of another person without explicit written authorization.
- Posting or transmitting any harmful, abusive, or offensive content through any platform communication channel.
hotjili reserves the right to investigate suspicious account activity and take appropriate action, including suspension, account closure, or referral to relevant authorities, without prior notice.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on hotjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods officially supported by the platform, which are detailed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard. hotjili does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. hotjili reserves the right to apply processing times consistent with standard financial procedures. Funds deposited through a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method.
- hotjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
- hotjili may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
- Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified on the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
hotjili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates correctly and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. hotjili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in displayed odds or game outcomes.
All content on the hotjili platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, and game content — is the intellectual property of hotjili or its licensed providers. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
hotjili may include links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
hotjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance in the account may be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.
hotjili may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via the registered email address associated with your account. Continued use of hotjili after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
